Biogustando in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana

The month of September offers many opportunities for all motorcyclists who have not yet had the opportunity to travel our routes. In particular, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana will let you discover the history of local products.
Biogustando is an event conducted by the Mountain Community of the Garfagnana and the Chamber of Germplasm Bank in collaboration with various associations related to the area. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness both producers and consumers on the topic of biodiversity, preserving and enhancing the local products of animal and vegetable.
The program of Sunday 19 includes a visit to a series of exhibitions on the streets of downtown and the farmers ‘market, and from 12:00 will start the tasting path with eight producers of Slow Food Association, which will introduce a number of typical products that are the real history of biodiversity in the valley.
The Company of May of Gorfigliano will perform in the afternoon with a folklore show.
